■ Wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty

・Sneakers (no sandals allowed)

・Long sleeves and long pants (which can be removed depending on the temperature)

・Hats and sunglasses

■ Drinking water for hydration

・Please bring a water bottle if possible.

■ When it rains

・Raincoat, boots

■ Wear clothes that you don't mind getting wet

*Since this is a marine leisure activity, you will definitely get wet.

・Swimsuit, rash guard

- Hats and sunglasses that won't fly away in the wind

・Change of clothes (including underwear), large towel

■Waterproof and cold-resistant

・Rash guards, wet suits, etc.

Notes

ATTENTION

Depending on the cleaning location and the weather on the day, mobile phone signals may be poor, toilets may be inaccessible, footing may be poor, and safety and health may not be guaranteed.

Please refrain from participating if you are feeling unwell on the day, have a chronic illness, are taking regular medication, have a pacemaker, or have any other concerns about working outdoors.
Outdoor activities can bring with them inconveniences, problems, and unexpected troubles.

There are some aspects for which we cannot take responsibility, so please make sufficient preparations before participating.
